Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Sorry, no C.O.D. or personal checks.
Tax
Due to tax laws, tax will be added to those orders with Illinois shipping addresses.
Shipping Charges*
For a limited time, we are offering free Ground Shipping on all orders besides those shipped to Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Usually, Ground Shipping is free on orders over $75.00.
$7.95 shipping charge will be added to all other non-rush orders.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses we will contact you for additional shipping amount on large orders.
Shipments to Company addresses require the name of the Company upon checkout, or it will not be shipped.
*Some items may have an additional freight cost.
Orders need to be placed by 2:00 pm central standard time in order to be shipped that day. We do not ship on Sat. or Sun.

**If you request that we contact you to discuss shipping charges for Express and Overnight deliveries please check your email often to avoid delays.
***For Express and Overnight services, an extra shipping charge may apply depending upon weight of items. You will be contacted with the amount.
International orders
We do NOT accept international credit cards.
We do not normally accept orders shipped out of the United States, but please contact us thru the site if you would like to request a quote for the order and shipment.
Returns
Returns will be accepted for damaged items caused by shipping. We will replace the damaged item(s). Exchanges will also be accepted for wrong product, size, color, etc. seven days from receipt of items. Items must come back to us in good condition in order for an exchange. Freight charges will not be refunded.
