Snow Globes

We can’t ship snow globes when temperatures are below 20-25. They will freeze at these temperatures.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Sorry, no C.O.D. or personal checks.

Tax

Due to tax laws, tax will be added to those orders with Illinois shipping addresses.

Shipping Charges*

$8.95 – $12.95 shipping charge, based on your color zone below, will be added to all other non-rush orders.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses we will contact you for additional shipping amount on large orders.
Shipments to Company addresses require the name of the Company upon checkout, or it will not be shipped.

*Some items may have an additional freight cost.

We make every effort to ship same day all orders received before 1:00 pm central standard time, however, this is not always possible.  Please note, orders placed after 1:pm CST may not go out until the next business day.

Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until Monday. We do not ship on Sat. or Sun. Orders will not deliver on Sat. or Sun even with express shipping.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times.

**If you request that we contact you to discuss shipping charges for Express and Overnight deliveries please check your email often to avoid delays.

***For Express and Overnight services, an extra shipping charge may apply depending upon weight of items.  You will be contacted with the amount.

**** Standard Ground shipping rates are based on the distance from our facility to you shipping address and range from $8.95 – $12.95.

International orders

We do NOT accept international credit cards.

We do not normally accept orders shipped out of the United States, but please contact us thru the site if you would like to request a quote for the order and shipment.

Returns

Returns will be accepted for damaged items caused by shipping. We will replace the damaged item(s). Exchanges will also be accepted for wrong product, size, color, etc. seven days from receipt of items. Items must come back to us in good condition in order for an exchange. Freight charges will not be refunded.
